I have worked in multiple settings that shaped my career experience and approach to therapy.  Some of my experience includes private practice, medical and psychiatric hospitals, mental health court, male prison setting, and college counseling.  I value the role of a safe and trusting alliance where you have the opportunity to feel heard and understood.   My therapeutic approach emphasizes the role attachment and emotion on individual and relational functioning.  I also integrate aspects of other evidenced-based therapies.  I have received training in connecting Christian faith and spirituality into therapy.  This approach is available for those interested.
