Fees

Fees can be paid with cash, check, credit card, or health savings accounts.

I am out of network with insurance companies. Some insurances provide reimbursement if you provide them with a bill of services.

If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please let the office know within 24 hours. There is a cancellation fee if you fail to do so.
